How to submit your ad request:

• Please complete the form below, submitting your dancer’s name,  your family message, and which size ad space you wish to purchase.
• Please only submit a photo if you are selecting the Full or 1/2 Page option. 
• Your payment will be processed via the card on your MYSDSD account or an SDSD representative will be in contact to collect payment.
• Your ad will only be included once your payment has been processed.
• All ad requests must be submitted online. No orders will be taken at the studio front desk.
