Do you love birthdays? Do you love fun and friends? Do you love music and dance? Celebrate your big day with a Stage Door Birthday Dance Party!

With a private dance class, decorations, invitations, food, games and more, your dancer and their friends can have the ultimate birthday dance party that they will never forget.

Don’t worry parents, we got this.  Based on your party budget, Stage Door offers a variety of birthday party package options where we can help you cover a majority of your birthday party needs.

To set up an initial birthday party consultation please review our birthday party packages, and then complete the form below. A Stage Door School of Dance representative will be in touch with you via phone to confirm your party dates and to collect a non refundable birthday party deposit fee.

Birthday Party Package #1:  $600

Package Includes: 

  • 1 ½ HOUR PARTY
  • Up to 12 guests ($30 per additional guest)
  • Stage Door party invitations
  • Professional dance instructor and assistant for 45 min. of themed dance instruction / games. (Dancer’s choice of theme.)
  • Goody bags for all party guests (2 candies, 3 accessories, 1 themed item)
  • Pizza, cupcakes, juice, and waters
  • Paper goods (Plates, napkins, and cups.)
  • Party set up and clean up

Please note: A non-refundable deposit of half the listed package fee will be due upon your initial birthday party consultation with an SDSD representative.  Your remaining party balance will be automatically collected one week prior to your party date. 

Birthday Party Package #2:  $475. 

Package Includes: 

  • 1 ½ HOUR PARTY
  • Up to 12 guests ($20 per additional guest)
  • Stage Door party invitations
  • Professional dance instructor and assistant for 45 min. of themed dance instruction / games. (Dancer’s choice of theme.)
  • Pizza, juice, and waters
  • Paper goods (Plates, napkins, and cups.)
  • Party set up and clean up

Please note: A non-refundable deposit of half the listed package fee will be due upon your initial birthday party consultation with an SDSD representative.  Your remaining party balance will be automatically collected one week prior to your party date. 

Birthday Party Package #3:  $375. 

Package Includes: 

  • 1 ½ HOUR PARTY
  • Up to 12 guests ($15 per additional guest)
  • Stage Door party invitations
  • Professional dance instructor and assistant for 45 min. of themed dance instruction / games. (Dancer’s choice of theme.)  
  • Parents / Guardians supply food, beverages, necessary paper goods
  • Party set up and clean up

Please note: A non-refundable deposit of half the listed package fee will be due upon your initial birthday party consultation with an SDSD representative.  Your remaining party balance will be automatically collected one week prior to your party date. 

Stage Door is excited to offer our Birthday Party Package to our weDance dancers; dancers with physical, congntitive, emotional, and/or behavioural needs. 
weDance birthday party pricing consists of everything provided in our party packages listed above with some slight differences.
Package differences include: 
  • A weDance professional in the room for the entirety of the party
  • A weDance assistant
  • 45 minutes of dance instruction
  • 45 minutes of structured games/activities

Required for all weDance Birthday Parties: 

  • All party guests must be accompanied by an adult who is responsible to supervise their child.
weDance Pricing:
  • Package #1- $675
  • Package #2- $550
  • Package #3- $450

The following items may be added to any of the packages for the listed fees. Some fees will only become available based on your initial consultation and requests.

Add-ons include:

  • Extra 30 minutes: $125
  • Light Show: $50
  • Additional Pizza Pies: $25
