Stage Door School of Dance will be adding a daytime ‘Strength & Conditioning’ to our weekday (and possibly weekend) class roster and we need help choosing the best day(s) to offer this fantastic class.
Class includes: 1 hour class per week of in-studio fitness conditioning with a professional physical trainer. Training may include a combination of cardio / aerobics, kick-boxing, light weight-training, core-building, meditation, and more!
