Diana strives to surround herself with individuals who are passionate about the arts and nurturing toward all learners, which is why she is thrilled to work among the amazing staff here at Stage Door School of Dance. She has a background in both the performing arts and early childhood education. As a child Diana danced at Stage Door and went on to perform locally and tour both nationally and internationally. She continued to nurture her love of theater by working with Binder Casting as an assistant on the following Broadway productions: ‘The Lion King’, ‘Movin’ Out’, ‘A Chorus Line’, ‘Sweet Charity’, ‘Who’s Afraid of Virginia Wolf?’. ‘White Christmas’, and ‘Beauty and the Beast’, as well as the feature film ‘Dreamgirls’.  Diana eventually got her Masters in Early Childhood Education, and went on to teach at Reggio-inspired programs in Colorado, Missouri, and here in New York. Diana was selected to become a teacher coach within the New York City Department of Education, and served schools in upper Manhattan for 5 years. She is thrilled to be back to her true roots here in Patchogue, at the studio founded by her parents over 48 years ago, combining her love of education, the arts and family.
